義大利慢食（Slow Food）協會背書，以及英國明星主廚奧立佛（Jamie Oliver）力挺，呼籲全球各地餐廳主廚跟進。
奧立佛在官方臉書上公布：「傑米義大利餐廳（Jamie's Italian）本月每道菜將捐出2英鎊（約新台幣85元）給國際紅十字會（International Red Cross）。」
阿馬特利切（Amatrice）是知名美食阿馬特利恰納麵，通稱蕃茄培根義大利麵的故鄉，也是這次義大利中部強震受創最嚴重的山城之一。每年夏天慕名前來朝聖的饕客可能還要再等一段時間才能在當地品嚐道地美食。
還好，多虧了羅馬的圖像藝術家康帕納（PaoloCampana），這項羅馬和義大利中部主食之一的阿馬特利恰納麵將躍上更多餐廳的菜單。
康帕納在臉書中鼓勵餐廳把阿馬特利恰納麵列入菜單中，每賣出一份就捐出2歐元，作為賑災基金。
康帕納告訴法新社，截至今天中午以前，已經有超過700家餐廳和他聯絡，表達參與意願。
康帕納表示，「剛開始，我放在臉書上的只是粗略的構想，這個構想獲得了熱烈的回應，我作了一張小小的海報，餐廳可以把它掛上櫥窗，告訴大家他們參與這個活動。」
「我收到義大利各地餐廳的回應，從普利亞（Puglia）到托斯卡尼（Tuscany）都有，也有遠從海外。有人要求我把海報翻譯成不同語言的版本。甚至有從來沒推出阿馬特利恰納麵的餐廳，也想一試。」
慢食協會主席派帝尼（Carlo Petrini）呼籲全球餐廳把這道麵食列入菜單至少1年。
派帝尼說：「我們希望能維持公眾注意力久一點，我們必須放眼立即的緊急援助之後，今天起開始重建。」1050826
